JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to our order dated 19.3.2007, both Jayanthi and Raghu Ganesh are present along with their children Adithya and Adithi . Both the presiding Judges of the Lok Adalath and this Court had extensive discussions with them. As far as the custody of the children during the summer vacation is concerned, it is agreed between the parties that the following arrangements can be made:-
