JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:-

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

(3.) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that rejection of Ext.P4 application under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, on the ground that the application is time barred, by Ext.P5 was completely unjustified.
