JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the 1 st accused in Crime No.1253 of 2018 registered at the Chadayamangalam Police Station, under Section 511 of 376 of the IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that in the late hours of 26.7.2018, the applicant herein along with other accused came in a Tavera car and made attempt to steal batteries from a mobile tower at Chadayamangalam. In the course of investigation, the applicant herein was arrested on 31.7.2018.
