JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ? 439 of the Cr.P.C .

(2.) The applicant herein is the accused in Crime No.407 of 2018 of the Thirurangadi Police Station, registered under ? 376 of the IPC .

(3.) The de facto complainant is a lady aged about 22 years. According to her, she contacted the applicant herein through facebook while she was studying in the Plus One class. They fell in love shortly thereafter. At that time, the applicant was employed at Sharjah. While so, in the month of May, 2016, they met for the first time. The applicant informed her parents that he was prepared to marry her. She alleges that in the month of May, 2016, she was taken to Wayanad and on a false promise of marriage, she was subjected to sexual intercourse. This was repeated later at Cochin and Kodaikanal.
