JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondents in OP No.580/2009 of the Family Court, Malappuram had filed this appeal challenging order dated 17/3/2010 by which a claim for return of gold ornaments and money had been allowed in part.

(2.) The Original Petition has been filed by the respondent herein claiming return of 82 sovereigns of gold ornaments and Rs 1 lakh.
