VAISAKH VIJAYAN AND OTHERS Vs. STATE OF KERALA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ?439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.18 of 2018 of the Neyyattinkara Excise Range, registered under ??20(b)(ii)(B), 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) On 20.06.2018, at about 10.00 a.m., the applicants herein were intercepted while they were travelling in a bike by the Circle Inspector of Excise, Neyyattinkara Excise Range. A search was conducted and they were found having in their possession 1.05 Kg of Ganja. They were arrested and the contraband was seized.
