JUDGEMENT

(1.) The main prayer in this Transfer Petition (Civil) reads as follows:

(2.) Heard Sri.R.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. J. Sheeba Mariam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent herein. Matrimonial disputes between the parties have led to the institution of O.P. No.929/2017 seeking recovery of money on the file of the Family Court, Ernakulam at the instance of the respondent herein (husband). It is pointed out that the petitioner is residing at Velloor in Kottayam District and she fully depends upon her parents. She finds it extremely difficult to travel all the way from Velloor to the Family Court, Ernakulam to attend the litigation proceedings in O.P. No. 929/2017. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that OP. No. 2349/2016 filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce has already been transferred to Family Court, Ettumanoor.
