JUDGEMENT

(1.) These applications are filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant in B.A. No.6743 of 2018 is the 1 st accused and the applicant in B.A. No.6762 of 2018 is the 2 nd accused in Crime No.1436 of 2018 registered at the Kilimanoor Police Station under Sections 294(b), 323, 326 and 308 r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) On 23.9.2018 at 6.30 p.m., the applicants herein in furtherance of their common intention are alleged to have wrongfully restrained the de facto complainant and he was attacked with a wooden reaper causing injuries.
