JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.Joseph and his wife Smt.Alphonsa Joseph have properties worth crores. In their wedlock, they remain issueless. Joseph is an Alzheimer's patient. His wife is also suffering from ailments.

(2.) Joseph executed a gift deed in favour of Sri.Raju Thomas, his brother on 12.11.2012. Joseph also appears to have executed two sale deeds in favour of Dr.Vimala Rose Antony, widow of his brother.

(3.) Smt.Baby George, sister of Joseph along with others approached the Maintenance Tribunal alleging that conditions of Joseph and his wife were pathetic and they were not taken care by transferees from them.
