PRAVEEN Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The applicants herein are accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.336 of 2018 registered at the Sakthikulangara Police Station, under Sections 294(b) , 323 , 324 , 308 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) On 6.5.2018 at 8.30 p.m., the applicants herein, in furtherance of their common intention, approached the de facto complainant while he was talking with a friend and they are alleged to have inflicted multiple cut injuries with the sword. The injury was allegedly inflicted by the 1st accused. However, specific overt act is alleged against the accused Nos. 2 and 3 as well.
