(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 433 of 2018 of Adimaly Police Station registered under ? ? 452, 294(b), 354B and 307 r/w ?34 of IPC.

(3.) It is the case of the prosecution that on 01.07.2018 at 6.30 p.m., the applicants herein wrongfully restrained the de facto complainant and attacked him causing multiple fractures.
