(1.) The prayers in this writ petition are as follows:-

Heard Sri.Abhilash Akbar, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Sri.Elvin Peter, learned counsel appearing for official respondents 1 and 2, Sri.A.A.Jaleel, learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent No.3 and Sri.V.Varghese, learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent No.4.

(3.) As per the interim orders passed by this Court in this writ petition the writ petitioner, contesting respondent No.3 and additional respondent No.4 in the writ petition have already been granted appointment to the post in question, by official respondent Nos.1 and 2.
