(1.) The prayers in this Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:

(2.) Heard Smt.K.B.Anamika, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and Smt.A.C.Vidhya, learned Government Pleader appearing for official respondents 1 to 4. In the nature of orders proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to contesting respondents 5 to 11 will stand dispensed with.

(3.) According to the petitioner, she is the title holder in possession and enjoyment of landed property coming to an extent of 1 Acre and 5 cents in Annakkara Village, Chavakkad Taluk, Thrissur Revenue District, as per registered document No.709/1973 of SRO, Chavakkad dated 22.05.1973.
