JUDGEMENT

(2.) The applicant herein is the accused in Crime No. 664 of 2018 registered at the Ramamangalam Police Station under B'307 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

(3.) On 31.07.2018 at 2.30 pm, the accused Nos. 1 and 2 in furtherance of their common intention are alleged to have wrongfully restrained the de facto complainant and attacked him with a weapon causing injuries.
