JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/husband to transfer the Maintenance Petition filed as M.C No.389/2017 before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Kollam or to any other Family Court.

(2.) Though notice has been served on the first respondent/wife, she has not appeared before this Court.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well the learned Public Prosecutor.
