JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ?438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is arrayed as the 1 st accused in Crime No. 1284/2018 registered at the Njarackal Police Station. In the aforesaid crime, he is being proceeded against for having committed offence punishable under ?? 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 452, 506 r/w ?34 of IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 03.09.2018 at 7 pm, the applicant herein is alleged to have trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant and attacked him with a beer bottle. He is alleged to have suffered an incised wound on the lower lip.
