JUDGEMENT

(1.) These petitions are filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The petitioner herein is the 1st accused in Crime Nos.598, 594, 816, 817, 783, 599, 801, 746, 784, 768, 769, 747, 763, 751, 593, 595, 745, 602 of 2017 and Crime Nos. 29 and 43 of 2018 of the Tirur Police Station. The aforesaid crimes are registered inter alia under Sections 406 , 420 r/w section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) According to the prosecution, the petitioner herein is the Managing Director of M/s. Accomplish Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a registered Company, which used to carry on jewellery business in the name and style as M/s. Thunjath Jewellery at Tirur. The accused Nos. 2 to 15 are its Directors. The accused Nos. 1 to 15 are the persons who are in charge and responsible for the day-to-day conduct of the business of the Company.
