JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The petitioner herein is the first accused in Crime No. 1988 of 2017 of Pettah Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram registered under Sections 376 of the IPC.

(3.) The victim in the instant case , a lady aged 30 years , was produced before the learned Magistrate Paravur in connection with a crime in which she was arrayed as the accused. She gave a handwritten complaint which was forwarded to the police which led to the registration of the instant crime.
