JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ?438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.655 of 2018 of the Kottiyam Police Station registered under ? 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 326 and 506(i) r/w ?149 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) On 7.8.2019 at 8 p.m., while the applicants herein were standing at the Thazhampadam junction, the husband of the de facto complainant, one Kannan, and his near relative, one Manikandan, reached there in a bike. An altercation is alleged to have taken place and the 1st applicant is alleged to have attacked the husband of the de facto complainant with an iron rod. The accused Nos. 2 and 3 are alleged to have attacked both of them with a stone.
