JUDGEMENT

(1.) This original petition has been filed by the petitioners who are plaintiffs in O.S.No.7/2018 pending before the Wakf Tribunal, Kollam. The complaint is that, an application was filed as I.A.No.35/2018 on 20.2.2018 and despite the fact that it was heard, no orders were passed so far.

(2.) Taking into consideration the nature of order we intend to pass, no notice is being issued to respondents 1 to 3. Learned Standing Counsel appears for the 4th respondent.

(3.) When an injunction application is filed, it is only appropriate that the court concerned hears it and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible. We don't know why the matter is kept pending for quite a long time. However, it is only appropriate to dispose of this original petition with the following direction:
