(1.) W.P.(C)No. 817/2017 is filed to pass orders to conduct the investigation in Crime No.1985/2017 of Kodumon Police Station under the monitoring of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Adoor and to file a final report.

(2.) W.P.(C)No.38660/2017 is filed to issue a writ of mandamus or any direction to the higher officers of Border Security Force to take disciplinary action against R.Sagan ( respondent No.4), who is a police constable in BSF.
