JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel.

(3.) The controversy which arises for consideration in this writ petition is with regard to the orders issued by the 2nd respondent refraining admission of candidates to any new batches of approved courses in the petitioner Academy. The petitioner challenges Exhibit P8 notice as well as Exhibit P17 proceedings of hearing of the 2nd respondent apart from Exhibit P18 order dated 21.5.2018.
