SOSAMMA OOMMEN Vs. GRACY GEORGE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defendants 2 to 5, in O.S No.103 of 1991 before the Court of Munsiff, Pathanamthitta, who suffered a decree for permanent prohibitory injunction in the suit filed by the contesting respondents, preferred a first appeal before the District Court, Pathanamthitta, which was also decided against them. Hence, they are in this second appeal.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and contesting respondents/plaintiffs.
