JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) On 25.11.2017, the niece of the de facto complainant committed suicide inside the hostel room of the Karuna Medical College Hospital, Vilayod. She was working as a Nurse and was aged 22 years.

(3.) In the F.I. Statement furnished by Sri.Manikandan, he stated that the deceased was the daughter of his brother. About 20 years back, the parents of the deceased committed suicide after poisoning their only son. The deceased was brought up by her uncles. He further states that the deceased was planning to go abroad and had applied for a VISA. However, as there was some delay, the deceased was very much worried. He further stated that there was no reason to suspect any wrong doing. He also states that the deceased had suicidal tendencies and had attempted to commit suicide about seven years back.
