JUDGEMENT

(1.) These applications are filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicants herein are father and son respectively. They are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1523 of 2018 registered at the Kadakkal Police Station under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326 and 308 r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) According to the prosecution, on 25.8.2018 at 9.20 a.m., the 1st accused exhorted the 2nd accused to attack the de facto complainant, consequent to which, the 2nd accused is alleged to have attacked him with a iron pipe causing grievous injuries, including a fracture.
