JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under §439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the accused in Crime No.804 of 2018 of the Hosdurg Excise Range, registered under §55(i) of the Abkari Act.

(3.) On 27.08.2018 at 9.45 hours, the applicant herein was allegedly found having in his possession 2.5 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor. This, according to the prosecution, was possessed by him for the purpose of sale.
