JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ? 439 of the Cr.P.C .

(2.) The applicant herein is the 2nd accused in Crime No.320 of 2018 of the Chingavanam Police Station registered under Sections 370 , 420 , 406 r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) The de facto complainant was looking for avenues abroad and while so, she managed to meet one Vipin, who happens to be a friend of her husband. He updated her about some vacancies for a job as a housemaid in Bahrain. The applicant was introduced and he went and met the de facto complainant. Believing the words of the accused, the de facto complainant is alleged to have handed over a sum of Rs.80,000/- in the month of October, 2016. A short time thereafter, a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- was given to the accused. She was taken abroad, but the job as assured was not provided to her. Instead, she was forced to sexual exploitation. She alleges that one Shyla was also cheated by the accused in the above manner.
