JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, Irinjalakuda in O.P No.837/2013.

(2.) The first appellant is the husband of the respondent. The second and the third appellants are the father and mother of the first appellant.

(3.) The parties shall be hereinafter referred to as the wife, the husband and the parents of the husband.
