P.A. MUHAMMED Vs. CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

JUDGEMENT

(1.) These petitions are filed under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) The petitioner in B.A. No.9062 of 2017 is the 1st accused and the petitioner in B.A. No.9065 of 2017 is the 2nd accused in RC 10(s)2016/CBI/SCB/TVPM registered alleging offences punishable under sections 120B read with section 302 of the IPC.

(3.) The investigation in the above Crime, which was initially registered at the Kodungalloor Police Station, was taken over by the CBI pursuant to orders issued by this Court in a Writ Petition filed by the mother of one Abdu @ Vakkeel Abdu who was murdered on 14.12.2016.
