JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed alleging disobedience of the directions contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.15375 of 2014. By the judgment in the writ petition the following direction was issued to the Deputy Director of Survey:

(2.) In pursuance to the above, Annexure-A4 report has been made by the respondent which is stated to be one in wilful violation of the directions contained in the judgment. Particular reference was made to the following paragraphs in Annexure-A4:

(3.) In this petition, the respondent himself has filed an affidavit where he concedes his incompetence to finally adjudicate the legal issues, particularly to title and according to him, the observations in Annexure-A4 are not his conclusions on the issue of title.
