SOMAN Vs. STATE OF KERALA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) The petitioner herein is the sole accused in Crime No.807 of 2017 of Vellikulangara Police Station, registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 306 of the IPC.

(3.) The aforesaid crime was registered on a complaint filed by the son of deceased Soman who committed suicide by consuming poison on 21.08.2017.
