JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ?438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is arrayed as the accused in Crime No. 1169/2018 registered at the Mattanchery Police Station under ?? 294(b), 341, 426, 506, 353 and 332 of IPC.

(3.) On 28.08.2018 at 8 am, the applicant is said to have entered the Corporation office, Kochi where the de facto complainant is working as a Health Inspector and he is alleged to have entered into an altercation with the officer. It is further alleged that the applicant abused the de facto complainant and voluntarily caused hurt to deter him from discharging his official duty.
