JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under B'438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crime No.231 of 2018 registered at the Mavoor Police Station, under B'B'447, 341, 323, 324, 354B and 506 r/w. B'34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) On 11.7.2018 at 9.45 a.m., the applicants herein are alleged to have trespassed into the property of the de facto complainant while she was levelling the ground using an earth mover and they are alleged to have assaulted the de facto complainant. It is alleged that her clothes were torn off and when her father-in-law intervened, he was beaten with a stick.
