JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the 1st accused in Crime No.525 of 2018 registered at the Kunnamangalam Police, under Sections 451, 354 and 354(D) r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) In the complaint dated 2.8.2018 filed before the Sub Inspector of Police, Kunnamangalam, it is alleged that sometime in the year 2016, the applicant herein, a lorry driver, got in touch with the de facto complainant and made acquaintance. He is alleged to have demanded sexual favours. The de facto complainant spurned his advances. He, however, demanded a photograph of the informant, which was handed over. Thereafter, there was no contact between the informant and the applicant. Later, she realised that some of her photographs were with one Shafeer, the 2nd accused in the subject Crime, and her photographs were being circulated in the social media. It is further alleged that on 28.7.2018, the 2 nd accused trespassed into her house and tried to abuse her while she was with her child. On these allegations, the aforesaid complaint was filed.
