JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner who is included in the rank list for appointment of Technician(Process) in the Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd (FACT), is aggrieved by the non- inclusion of his name among Diploma holders with two years experience.

(2.) As per Ext.P2 notification issued by the 1st respondent on 30.08.2016, applications were invited for appointment to the post of Technician (process). In Ext.P2 notification, the essential qualifications required for appointment are prescribed in Clause 4 deals with experience which reads as follows:
