JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The petitioners herein are the accused Nos.3 to 7 in Crime No.542 of 2017 of Chevayur Police Station registered under sections 143, 147, 341, 323, 324, 308 read with 149 of the IPC.

(3.) It appears that the 1 st petitioner herein is the 7th accused, 2nd petitioner is the 6th accused, 3 rd petitioner is the 5th accused, 4th petitioner is the 3rd accused and 5th petitioner is the 4th accused in the aforesaid crime.
