JUDGEMENT

(1.) National Public School, Kollam is suo motu impleaded as additional third respondent.

(2.) The petitioner seeks directions to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to correct the mistake in the certificates issued to him as regards the name of his father.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel for the CBSE.
