JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayers in this writ petition are as follows:- A) "Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the respondents to publish the result of the internal improvement of the proper 'Managerial Economics II' done by the petitioner pursuant to Exhibit P-4, forthwith.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the first respondent University.

(3.) The petitioner contends that he was a student of BBA LL.B course under the first respondent for the academic year 2012-2017. He had passed the external assessment in August 2016. He had applied for improvement of the internal assessment and by Ext.P4 order dated 28.6.2017, he was permitted to do internal improvement of the paper Managerial Economics II in the 2012 scheme. Petitioner contends that he completed internal improvement and has been successful. He contends that his results in the Managerial Economics II paper under the 2012 scheme are to be declared counting the marks awarded in the internal improvement along with the external assessment.
