JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayers in this O.P(Crl.) filed under the enabling provisions contained in Art.227 of the Constitution of India, are as follows:

(2.) Notice was issued to R-2 (complainant) in this case as per order dated 9.8.2017. Now the Registry has reported that service has been duly complete in respect of R-2, but there is no appearance for that party. P.P. has already taken notice for R-1 State.

(3.) Heard Dr.K.P.Satheesan, learned Senior Counsel instructed by Sri.S.Vibheeshanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.Justin Mathew, learned Prosecutor appearing for R-1 State.
