JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, who is working as a Junior Assistant/Cashier in the Transmission Circle, Alappuzha, is aggrieved by Ext.P2 order, by which she is transferred to Amballur Electrical Section.

(2.) The petitioner points out that she has not completed even two years in the present office. The transfer is ordered at the time when she had requested for a transfer to her home town. Apart from that, her brother, who is working in Military service had submitted Ext.P1 representation, requesting to retain her in the present station pointing out that there is nobody to look after her mother as he is away at Punjab serving the nation.

(3.) It is her further case that her substitute is a person, who had been working for more than five years and her transfer is from one section to another section in the same building whereas the petitioner has not even completed three years when she is facing with a transfer to a far off place. The petitioner also submits that an appeal was already submitted, as provided in the order of transfer. It was forwarded to the Chairman of the Appeal Committee as per Ext.P3 letter on 27.09.2017.
