JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is submitted by the learned Government pleader on instructions from the District Collector that as per the directions of the District Collector, inspection was conducted and found that the permit conditions were violated and permit was cancelled. A copy of the order should be communicated to the petitioner directly. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, this wit petition is disposed of.
