(1.) IT is submitted that in view of the intervening developments leading to the disposal of the suits, these Civil Revision Petitions have been rendered infructuous. They are accordingly dismissed. Though C.R.P.No.577/06 is not listed today, in view of the submission as above, on consent of the parties, the same also is called and dismissed.
