JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE alleged detenue was present. She stated that she is not under illegal custody. If petitioner has married the alleged detenue, it is for him to pursue remedies before the Family Court. Since the alleged detenue stated that she is not under illegal custody, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
