JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P2 application submitted by the petitioner to revise his own timings. The petitioner is having a vehicle bearing registration number KL-10-M/4970 operating as a stage carriage on the route Madakkara-Kannur-Payangadi- Cheruvathur-Payyannur-Habymanambalam.

(2.) IF the said application is still pending, the respondent shall pass orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
