JUDGEMENT

(1.) SRI.C.N.Raveendranath, Smt. Geetha and Ms.A.K.Lakshmy present along with their counsel. Pursuant to the agreement dated 4.4.2007, SRI. Raveendranath has paid Rs.15,00,000/- (Rs.Fifteen lakhs only) in our presence by demand daft No.809402 drawn on the Union Bank of India, Chovva Branch, Cannore-6 to his daughter, Ms.Lakshmy payable at Mumbai.

(2.) THE marriage between Sri.C.N.Raveedranath and Smt.Geetha stand dissolved as per the agreement already recorded. THE appeals are disposed of on the basis of the agreement dated 4.4.2007. A copy of the order dated 4.4.2007 will be issued to the parties and their counsel. THE balance amount due as per the agreement namely Rs.7.5 lakhs will be sent by demand draft in the name of Ms.A.K.Lakshmy through R.Surendran, Advocate, III Floor, North Plaza, North Railway Station Road, Ernakulam, Cochin-18. THE appeals are settled as above.
