WITHOUT entering on merits this writ petition is disposed of directing that Ext.P11 will be treated as one addressed to the Housing Board represented by the Secretary and it shall be taken up by the Secretary, Housing Board at the earliest, and a decision taken thereon, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
