JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is filed by the claimant who was injured in a motor accident. As a result of the accident, the claimant sustained injuries on her left forehead, left upper cheek and all over the body. Tribunal has awarded Rs.3,000/- with 12% interest. At the time of accident, that is, on 4.2.1994, she was only 41/ years. Considering the nature of injuries, age etc., we are of the view that just and reasonable compensation was awarded by the tribunal and hence this M.F.A. is dismissed.
