JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Hosdurg police are at his heels at the instance of a travel agency by name Alhind Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., Kozhikode claiming flight charges.

(2.) LEARNED Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner as it was a civil dispute and that the petitioner is not wanted by the said police in connection with the above allegation. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
