JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition for habeas corpus for producing the husband of the petitioner. The alleged detenu was present. We have allowed them to talk for some time. Thereafter the petitioner stated that she only wanted to see the alleged detenu. Since the alleged detenue stated that he is not under illegal custody, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
