JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition alleging police harassment. On instructions, learned Government pleader submitted that police is not harassing the petitioner and a complaint was received and that was only enquired into. In view of the submission that police will not interfere with any civil dispute except as per the orders of the civil court and police will not harass the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of.
